Front & Rear Disc Brake Caliper: Disassembly

Remove caliper piston boot. Place a narrow wooden block between piston and caliper that will allow piston to clear its bore and not be damaged by caliper end when removed. At brake hose fitting hole, blow into caliper fitting hole to force piston from caliper, using low pressure compressed air and blow gun. Remove wood block and piston. Remove dust boot and piston seal (use small flat bladed screwdriver if necessary).
