Front Disc Brake Caliper: Reassembly

  1. Apply rubber grease to piston seal. Install piston seal. Apply rubber grease to piston, cylinder bore and dust boot. Install dust boot onto piston.
  2. Position piston to caliper bore and install dust boot into cylinder groove. Press piston into caliper bore. Apply rubber grease to sleeve and inner portion of boots, and install.
