Installation (All Engines)

To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all parts to specification. On turbo models, before installing oil pipe flare nut, pour clean engine oil into turbocharger. Ensure turbocharger ring-to-exhaust manifold is installed. Ensure oil and vacuum hoses are properly installed and clamped. DO NOT  reuse exhaust manifold or turbocharger gaskets. DO NOT  use sealant on cylinder head gasket.
