Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the catalytic converter guard. Refer to Catalytic Converter Guard Replacement .
  3. Remove the right front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement

  5. Remove the transmission fluid cooler hose (2) from the auxiliary transmission fluid cooler pipe. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  6. Remove the transmission fluid cooler hose (1) from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

  8. Remove the cooler lines from the transmission (1). Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  9. Unclip transmission cooler lines from retainers on engine.
  10. Remove the transmission cooler lines from the vehicle (1).
