Conditions for Running the DTC: Notes

• Ignition voltage is between 8.6-18.0 volts.
• The engine speed is 500-7500 RPM for at least 5 seconds.

DTC P0712

• The transmission output shaft speed is greater than 200 RPM for greater than 200 seconds.
• The torque converter clutch (TCC) slip speed is equal to or greater than 200 RPM for 200 seconds or greater.
• DTC P0712 is not failed this ignition cycle.
