Preliminary Procedure: Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
1	Air Inlet Assembly Screw (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in) Procedure: Tighten the fasteners equally to ensure the air inlet assembly seats evenly.
2	Air Inlet Assembly (Recirculation Door) Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors. When replacing the Recirculation Door, transfer all necessary components. Re-calibrate the Recirculation Actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration Tip: The Recirculation Door is part of the Air Inlet Assembly.

Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

Procedure:
Tighten the fasteners equally to ensure the air inlet assembly seats evenly.
