Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the auxiliary evaporator core. Refer to Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Replacement .
  2. Disconnect any wiring connectors.
1 Auxiliary A/C Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Bolt (Qty: 2)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  4 N.m (35 lb in)
2 Auxiliary A/C Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve
Tip:  Ensure the new O-rings are used upon installation.
