Air Distribution Ducts Replacement - Auxiliary (Upper/Suburban/XL)

Air Distribution Ducts Replacement - Auxiliary (Upper/Suburban/XL)

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Extended Wheelbase) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Standard Wheelbase) .
  2. Remove the upper air temperature sensor, if equipped.
1 Screw, Air Duct Upper (Qty: 1)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

2 Air Duct, Upper
Tip:  Carefully slide the duct up, into the headliner, until the bottom edge of the duct is above the air distributor duct.
