Air Distribution Ducts Replacement - Auxiliary (Upper/Suburban/XL)

Preliminary Procedures Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Extended Wheelbase) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Standard Wheelbase) . Remove the upper air temperature sensor, if equipped.
1	Screw, Air Duct Upper (Qty: 1) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2	Air Duct, Upper Tip: Carefully slide the duct up, into the headliner, until the bottom edge of the duct is above the air distributor duct.

Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Extended Wheelbase) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (Standard Wheelbase) .
Remove the upper air temperature sensor, if equipped.

Screw, Air Duct Upper (Qty: 1)

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

Tip: Carefully slide the duct up, into the headliner, until the bottom edge of the duct is above the air distributor duct.
