Quarter Panel Upper Applique Replacement (Escalade)

Preliminary Procedure Open the liftgate and/or rear compartment doors to access the applique panel. Remove the tail lamp assembly. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement (Cadillac) or Tail Lamp Replacement (Tahoe/Yukon) or Tail Lamp Replacement (Avalanche) .
1	Quarter Panel Upper Back Body Opening Frame Retainers (Qty: 2)
2	Quarter Panel Applique Attaching Fingers (Qty: 6)
3	Quarter Panel Applique Screws (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
4	Rear Quarter Panel Upper Applique Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in) Tip: Upon installation, ensure the back body panel retainers are secure. Align the outboard attaching fingers to the 3 slots in the quarter panel sheet metal. (Refer to sequence.) Push the applique into position until fully seated. Ensure all the retainers are seated properly. Align the applique screw holes to the body retainers. Secure the screws.
