Front Wheel Opening Flare Replacement (Z71)

1	Front Fender Flare Retainers (Qty: 4) Tip: Secure the retainers in the installation sequence as shown.
2	Front Fender Flare Screws (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
3	Front Fender Flare Assembly Tip: The part and surface should be 21°C (70°F) prior to installation. The vehicle should remain 21°C (70°F) for one hour after assembly to allow adhesive to develop sufficient bond strength. Clean area where flare will be mounted. Use a suitable solvent, such as flash naphtha or a mix of 50 percent isopropyl alcohol and 50 percent water. Warm body panel with a J 25070 Heat Gun to a minimum 21°C (70°F) prior to flare installation. Do not touch adhesive surface when tape is removed. Peel the tape liner once the flare has been installed and wet out.
