Installation Procedure

  1. Position the harness into the RH rear body opening (3).
  2. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the main body harness (5).
  3. Ensure the electrical connection is secure to the inside body panel (2).
  4. Position the lamp to the outer body panel.
    5. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  5. Install the screws with foam washers.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 3 N.m (26 lb in).

  6. Install the RH rear compartment side trim panel (1). Refer to Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side .
