Console Replacement - Front Floor (Cadillac)

Preliminary Procedures Remove the 2 front seats. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket . Remove the right and left instrument panel lower trim panels. Refer to Trim Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Lower Center (Cadillac) . Remove the front floor console bezel. Refer to Floor Console Bezel Replacement (Cadillac) or Floor Console Bezel Replacement (Except Cadillac) .
1	Front Floor Console Assembly Bolts/Screws NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Front Floor Console Assembly Tip: Disconnect the electrical connectors to the console assembly. With the aid of an assistant, remove the console from the vehicle. If replacing the console assembly, transfer all necessary components.

Front Floor Console Assembly Bolts/Screws

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)

Front Floor Console Assembly
Tip:

Disconnect the electrical connectors to the console assembly.
With the aid of an assistant, remove the console from the vehicle.
If replacing the console assembly, transfer all necessary components.
