Installation Procedure

Install the shock absorber.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the upper shock absorber nut and bolt.
Install the lower shock absorber nut and bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 115 N.m (85 lb ft).
Connect the air suspension level sensor (if equipped). Refer to Air Spring Leveling Sensor Replacement .
Remove the rear axle support.
Lower the vehicle.
