Removal Procedure

IMPORTANT: Water deflectors seal the inner panel, preventing water from entering the door. A piece of adhesive between the deflector and the door secures the deflector.
  1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the inside door handle. Refer to Rear Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .

  4. Using a flat-bladed tool, break the bond between the sealer and the door.
  5. Remove the water deflector.
