Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  2. Remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
  3. Fig 1: Radiator Hose & Engine (Inlet)

  4. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp (3) from the engine (1).
  5. Remove the radiator inlet hose (2) from the engine (1).
  6. Remove the radiator inlet hose (4) from the mounting clip (3).

  8. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp (5) from the radiator (6).
  9. Remove the radiator inlet hose (4) from the radiator (6).
  10. Remove the inlet hose from the vehicle.
