Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
    2. Fig 1: View Of Rear Spring Hanger Bracket, Nuts & Bolts

  2. Remove the leaf spring assembly from vehicle. Refer to Leaf Spring Replacement (2500 Series) .
  3. Remove the shackle nut and the bolt from the spring.
