Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition switch in the Accessory position.
- Verify the scan tool K9 Body Control Module Ignition Accessory/Run parameter displays Active.
- If the scan tool parameter displays Inactive
Refer to Power Mode Mismatch .
- If the scan tool parameter displays Active
- If the scan tool parameter displays Inactive
- Ignition switch in the Run position.
- Verify the scan tool K9 Body Control Module Ignition Accessory/Run parameter displays Active.
- If the scan tool parameter displays Inactive
Refer to Power Mode Mismatch .
- If the scan tool parameter displays Active
- If the scan tool parameter displays Inactive
- Ignition ON.
- Using a scan tool, clear the K9 Body Control Module and Q8 Control Solenoid Valve Assembly of all DTCs.
- Ignition OFF and all vehicle systems OFF. It may take up to 2 minutes for all vehicle systems to power down.
- Engine Running in Park position for 1 minute.
- Verify DTC P2537 is not set in the Transmission Control Module.
- If DTC P2537 is set
Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If DTC P2537 is not set
- If DTC P2537 is set
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observe from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
- Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets

- If the DTC does not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.

If other DTCs are set diagnose them first.
