Circuit/System Description

The hybrid powertrain control module monitors the clutch slip speed for each Hybrid Trans. Mode Commanded state. This DTC detects no clutch slip when the 1-3 clutch is commanded OFF, indicating a stuck or welded clutch condition. The 1-3 clutch is displayed as Clutch 4 on the scan tool.
