Installation Procedure

- Install New seals (3) on the park pawl actuator (2).
- Install the park pawl actuator (2).
- Install the park pawl actuator guide pin (1).
- Install the transmission fluid pan. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid, Fluid Pan and/or Filter Replacement .
- Install the case extension and gasket. Refer to the appropriate procedure:
- For 2WD, refer to Case Extension and Gasket Replacement .
- For 4WD, refer to Transfer Case Adapter Replacement .
