Stub Shaft Housing Replacement

Stub Shaft Housing Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedures 
Remove the power steering gear. Refer to Steering Gear Replacement (Recirculating Ball Without LMM) , Steering Gear Replacement (HP2) , Steering Gear Replacement (Hydraulic Rack and Pinion) .
1 Stub Shaft Housing Bolt (Qty: 4)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
62 N.m (46 lb ft)
2 Stub Shaft Housing
3 Stub Shaft Housing O-Ring (Qty: 2)
TIP:  Grease the stub shaft housing O-Rings with the special grease supplied in the service kit.
