Removal Procedure

  1. Place drain pans under the vehicle as needed.
  2. Fig 1: View Of Power Steering Gear Outlet Pipe/Hose & Components (With Hydroboost)

  3. Disconnect the power steering fluid cooler hose clamp and hose (3) from the steering gear (2).
  4. Remove the power steering gear outlet pipe (1) from the steering gear (2).
