Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Apply and release the brake pedal several times until the brake pedal becomes firm to delete the power vacuum brake booster vacuum reserve.

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the vacuum sensor (1).
  5. Remove the vacuum sensor with check valve and hose assembly from the power vacuum brake booster.
  6. Release the clamp and remove the vacuum sensor from the vacuum hose.
