Removal Procedure

  1. Block the drive wheels.
  2. Fig 1: Brake Pedal Position Sensor Bolt

  3. Disconnect the brake pedal position sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove the brake pedal position sensor bolt (1).

  6. Remove the brake pedal position sensor (1).

  8. Remove the power brake booster pushrod retaining clip bolt (1).

  10. Remove the power brake booster pushrod retaining clip (1).
  11. Disconnect the power brake booster pushrod.

  13. Remove the brake pedal pivot nut (1).

  15. Remove the brake pedal pivot bolt (1).
