Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
  3. Remove air cleaner housing. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
1 Radiator Outlet Hose
TIP:  Using J 38185  hose clamp pliers, reposition the radiator outlet hose clamps.
