Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2)

Preliminary Procedure Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) . Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
1	Radiator Inlet Hose Remove the radiator vent hose from the radiator inlet hose clips. Using J 38185 hose clamp pliers, reposition the radiator inlet hose clamps. Special Tools J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .

Radiator Inlet Hose

Remove the radiator vent hose from the radiator inlet hose clips.
Using J 38185 hose clamp pliers, reposition the radiator inlet hose clamps.
