Installation Procedure

  1. Position the intermediate parking brake cable to the vehicle.
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Parking Brake Cable

  2. Install the front parking brake cable to the intermediate parking brake cable.

  3. Pull the parking brake equalizer forward and install the right rear parking brake cable connector to the intermediate parking brake cable.
  4. Adjust the parking brake. Refer to Parking Brake Adjustment (1500) , Parking Brake Adjustment (2500) .
