Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2012 GMC Yukon XL, 2012 GMC Yukon, 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2012 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2012 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Install the park brake warning lamp switch.
- Install the park brake warning lamp switch bolt and tighten to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
- Connect the park brake warning lamp switch electrical connector.
- Install the left side instrument panel electrical center/junction block. Refer to Instrument Panel Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement - Left Side .
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
