Cable Tension Adjustment

  1. Position a sheet of ordinary printer or copier paper between the park brake apply lever and the disc brake backing plate on the RH side of the vehicle.
  2. Tighten the park brake cable adjusting nut until the paper inserted between the park brake apply lever and the backing plate slips out.
  3. Loosen the adjustment nut 1 full turn.
