Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) . Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement . Remove the air cleaner resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement . Disconnect the heater coolant pump electrical connector.

Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
Remove the air cleaner resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
Disconnect the heater coolant pump electrical connector.

Using J-38185 hose clamp pliers reposition the heater hose clamps at pump.
