Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2007 Hummer H2. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the seat cushion pad to the seat cushion frame.

  3. Using a side motion, carefully pull the seat cushion cover onto the frame pad.

  5. Attach the seat trim cover to the seat cushion frame.

  7. Install the lumbar actuator (5).
  8. Install the seat switch bezel. Refer to Seat Switch Bezel Replacement .

  10. Place the cushion on the rear plastic holders (1) on the underside of the seat cushion, and push rearward.

  12. Connect the lumbar cable to the underside of the seat cushion (6). Connect the lumbar wire harness if equipped with power lumbar.
  13. Connect the electrical connectors.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  15. Install the front nuts (2) onto the studs on the underside of the cushion.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 21 N.m (15 lb ft).
