WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2011 GMC Yukon, 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe, and 2011 Cadillac Escalade. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Verify that DTC P0A80, P0A81, P0A9C, P0A9D, P0A9E, P0AC6, P0AC7, P0AC8, P0ACB, P0ACC, P0ACD, P0AE9, P0AEA, P0AEB, P0BC1, or P0BDD is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set, refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- Ignition ON, observe the scan tool BECM hybrid battery temperature parameters. The readings should be between -39 and +95°C (-38.2 and +203°F) with no greater than a 15°C (59°F) difference between any of the four temperature sensor readings. Refer to Temperature Versus Resistance .
- Using a scan tool, command the hybrid battery pack fan speed to 60 percent and let it run for 2 minutes.
- Observe the scan tool hybrid battery air inlet and outlet temperature parameters. The readings should be between -39 and +95°C (-38.2 and +203°F) with no greater than a 10°C (50°F) difference. Refer to Temperature Versus Resistance .
