Conditions for Setting the DTC

All of the following conditions exist for 1 second:
- Hybrid Battery 10 voltage is greater than 2 V.
- Hybrid Battery 11 voltage is less than 2 V.
- Hybrid Battery 12 voltage is greater than 2 V.
