Inquire with the customer the detailed driving conditions which caused the DTC to set:

Does the condition improve after a given length of time driving, or is it worse after setting over night, or does it occur regardless of drive time or conditions?
During Autostop/Autostart event?
During braking coming to a stop, or upon launch from a stop, low vehicle speed when IC engine is off?
