The serial data gateway module is not programmed to use high voltage circuit impact detector sensor 1.

The high voltage circuit impact detector sensor signal circuit is shorted to voltage for 2.5 seconds.

The high voltage circuit impact detector sensor signal circuit is shorted to ground for 2.5 seconds.

The serial data gateway module has not received a valid state of health message from the high voltage circuit impact detector sensor for 2.5 seconds.
