Removal Procedure

Place drain pans under the vehicle as needed.

CAUTION:

Refer to Power Steering Hose Disconnected Caution .

Disconnect the power steering fluid cooler hose clamp and hose (3) from the steering gear (2).
Remove the power steering gear outlet pipe (1) from the steering gear (2).
