Shims Inspection

IMPORTANT:

The original cast iron production shims can be removed and re-used. If the cast iron shims show signs of excessive wear or damage, they must be replaced with service shims and spacers.
If service shims were previously installed, the shims can be reused.

Inspect the shims for cracks and chips. Replace the damaged shims.
