Installation Procedure

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the rear axle drain plug (1) and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
Fill the rear axle with the proper fluid. Refer to Approximate Fluid Capacities , and Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations .

Install the fill plug (1) and tighten to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
