Auxiliary Air Distributor Duct Replacement (Upper/Extended Wheelbase)

Preliminary Procedures Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Extended Wheelbase) , Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Standard Wheelbase) . Remove the upper air temperature sensor, if equipped.
1	Screw, Air Duct Upper (Qty: 1) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . TIP: Release retainer on body side of duct Tighten 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
2	Air Duct, Upper TIP: Carefully slide the duct up to the headliner, until the bottom edge of the duct is above the air distributor duct.

Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Extended Wheelbase) , Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Standard Wheelbase) .
Remove the upper air temperature sensor, if equipped.

Screw, Air Duct Upper (Qty: 1)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

TIP: Release retainer on body side of duct
Tighten
1.5 N.m (13 lb in)

Air Duct, Upper
TIP: Carefully slide the duct up to the headliner, until the bottom edge of the duct is above the air distributor duct.
