Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation (Non-HP2) , Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and Installation (HP2) .
  2. If equipped remove the heat stakes (1) from the HVAC module (2) with a screw driver and a hammer.

  4. If equipped remove the HVAC module assembly screws.
  5. Remove the upper HVAC module case (3) from the lower HVAC module case (10).
  6. Remove the air temperature separator plate (5) from the lower HVAC module case (10).
  7. Remove the left temperature door (11) from the lower HVAC module case (10).
