Driver or Passenger Seat Lumbar Support Actuator Replacement (with HP2)

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the front seat back cushion cover and pad. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (with HP2) , Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (without HP2) .
  2. Remove the front seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Trim Cover and Pad Replacement (without HP2) , Seat Cushion Trim Cover and Pad Replacement (with HP2) .
1 Front Seat Lumbar Support Actuator Assembly Screw
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


TIP:  Twist actuator to unlock it from seat front once screw is removed.
Tighten 
3 N.m (27 lb in)
2 Front Seat Lumbar Support Actuator Assembly

Procedure

  1. Remove the actuator assembly from the seat cushion frame.
  2. Note the routing of the actuator assembly for installation.
  3. Remove the actuator assembly from the seat back cushion frame and lumbar support.
