Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2007 Hummer H2. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the EVAP pipe into the retaining clips.

  3. Remove the cap from the rear EVAP pipe.
  4. Connect the rear EVAP purge pipe to the EVAP canister.

  6. Install the EVAP pipe into the transmission bracket clip.
  7. Install the EVAP pipe into the bellhousing stud clip (4).
  8. Install the left hand catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement (4.8L and 5.3L Engines) .
  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Remove the cap from the engine compartment EVAP pipe.
  11. Connect the engine compartment EVAP pipe (6) to the chassis EVAP pipe (3).
