Circuit/System Testing

  1. Disconnect the harness connector X5 at the BCM. Test for greater than 50 ohms of resistance between the park enable relay control circuit terminal 19 and ground.
    • If less than the specified range, test the park enable relay control circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, replace the junction block.
  2. If the circuit tests normal, replace the BCM.
