Installation Procedure

  1. Position the fuel pump flow control module (2) to the vehicle.
  2. Slide the fuel pump flow control module towards the driver side of the vehicle.
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  4. Tighten the fuel pump flow control module bolts (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  6. Connect the chassis wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the fuel pump flow control module.

  8. Position the EBCM shield (1) to the underbody and install the EBCM shield bolts (3).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  9. Install the EBCM shield retainers (2).
  10. Lower the vehicle.
  11. Program the fuel pump flow control module. Refer to Control Module References .
