No First and Reverse Gears

Checks	Causes
Hybrid Low 1-2 Clutch Assembly	Inspect for damaged or worn low and 1-2 clutch plates. Inspect for damaged 1-2 clutch backing plate. Inspect for worn splines on backing plate. Inspect for damaged 1-2 clutch backing plate retaining ring. Inspect for damaged 1-2 clutch piston assembly, spring, spring retaining ring, and center support assembly.
Output Carrier Assembly	Inspect for damaged or stripped splines on the output carrier assembly.
