Installation Procedure

  1. Align the hood latch striker to the hood.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the fasteners (1) retaining the striker to the hood.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Close the hood and check for proper alignment
