Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor (1).
  2. Position the EVAP line and connect the EVAP line quick connect fitting to the vent valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (2500 LWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank-Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (2500 LWB - 43.5L (11.5 gal) Tank-Rear) .
