Installation Procedure

  1. Slide the fuel level sensor up onto the bucket until the sensor engages the retaining tab (1).

  3. Connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector (1) under the module cover.
  4. Install the fuel tank module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (1500 Series)  or Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (2500 LWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank-Front)  or Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement (2500 LWB - 43.5L (11.5 gal) Tank-Rear) .
