Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON, observe the hybrid battery air inlet and outlet temperature parameters with a scan tool. The hybrid battery inlet and outlet air temperature should be between -39 and +95°C (-38 and +203°F).
  2. Ignition ON, using a scan tool, command the hybrid battery pack fan speed to 60 percent and let run for 2 minutes. The inlet and outlet air temperature parameters should be within 10°C (18°F) of each other.
  3. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTCs. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Fame/Failure Records data.
