Instrument Panel Compartment Door Opening Frame Replacement (Cadillac)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel compartment door. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement (Cadillac) .
  2. Remove the right instrument panel outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement (Cadillac) .
1 Instrument Panel Compartment Opening Frame Screw (Qty: 5)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2 Instrument Panel Compartment Opening Frame Assembly

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connections.
  2. When replacing the instrument panel compartment opening frame assembly, transfer all necessary components.
