Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the right side interior windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .

  3. Disconnect the washer hose at the air inlet grille panel (3) and push the grommet into the cowl area.
  4. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement .

  5. Access the washer hose grommet at the cowl (5).
  6. Disconnect the washer hose (3) from the headliner hose (2) at the union (1).
  7. Carefully release the grommet from the cowl panel in order to remove the washer pump to headliner hose.
  8. Remove the hose (3) from the vehicle.
